“Setting out, my main goal was to run a Sub 3 pb marathon without any washroom stops. For the Toronto marathon, I ran a 2:57:05 pb race. During this race i didn’t stop once, providing a race time that is a absolute representation of my ability’s on the day.So that was Goal A1 complete.

 Some of the secondary results we achieved was a better and clearer understanding on proper fuelling and recovery for the training I was doing. As well and improved race day fuelling and hydration.”

When I first reached out to Andrea I was looking for guidance and direction with macros, calories and food but at the end of our time together I came out with so much more then calculations, tips and recipes. I understand now what my body needs for fuel and function and I have all the information I need to reach my goals. An added bonus is I have a passion for food and nutrition now more then I ever thought possible. These past weeks have been life changing and have inspired and empowered me to make some real gains in and out of the gym. I was able to successfully run my first ever full marathon. I was able to enjoy every aspect of the training, and I never felt depleted at any point. Race day couldn’t have gone any better, and I ran a far better marathon time than I ever dreamed I could! I enjoyed the convenience of having the option for online meetings or in person.
