Mango Ginger Breakfast Smoothie

A delicious and filling way to start the day. 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 100 g Greek yogurt (I used Vanilla SKYR Icelandic Yogurt) about 1/2 cup
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  1. Put the frozen mango, spinach oats yogurt, hemp seeds and almond milk in a blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
